Bay Side Car Wash

I arrived at the car wash at 4:33 PM. I was told the handwashing closed at 4:30 and the only option was machine wash. I spoke to the man who said he is the manager and let him know that the machine washing did a terrible job last time, and the sign posted said they are option until 5 PM. The manager was rude, quoted 'policy,' and did not make an effort to resolve my concern. He refused to give his name or provide customer service. I will not be back.
