Connecting Point Community Church

Since the first time I walked into Connecting Point I have always felt at home. In 2009 I was broken and no matter where I turned or what church I visited I felt disconnected and unwelcomed. I wanted to learn more about Gods word and I had questions that were tugging at my heart. A friend invited me to go with her to Connecting Point, and to be honest I did not want to go. But I figured what the heck I will try it grudgingly. To my surprise everyone made me feel welcomed and not judged. It was a breath of fresh air that I have been longing for. Pastor Pounds, and his family, are truly amazing people that I look up too. They are Christ-centered and not self-centered individuals. I am so glad God brought me to a church that is not about show or fancy consumers, but rather a place where it places all focus on God and His love.

Seeing this church grow from the very first day has been an honor and a blessing. Pastor Greg Pounds is truly an annointed man of God and he and his family serve the best interests of the church's mission and the people who attend. This church is so Godly driven that you can't seem to get enough of Gods word!! We have the best mentors, that we can look up to in every way and to help us only grow stronger in the walk of our lord daily!!!

THIS CHURCH IS AWESOME! From powerfully anointed preaching and singing, to development of you relationship with God, you can't go wrong here! The people are the most friendly of any church we have been to, and we felt right at home from the first service! You owe it to yourself to give it a try and see God move in your life!

This church makes everyone feel like family. It is the most hand-shaking, friendly church I have been to. My family and I love the atmosphere of spirit-filled worship, and straight-shooting truth-based teaching. It has made a great impact on our lives, strengthened us spiritually, and drawn us closer together. The youth group is fantastic as well, so if you are looking for a place where your youth and children can get plugged into a healthy strong Christian environment where people truly love God, this is the place for you!

I've heard a lot of people say that there is just "something missing" in the churches they attend. Well if you are one of those people, let me just say, Connecting Point is what you've been missing. I have never felt the presence of the Lord so strongly in my entire life. I have visited many churches, and have never met a more genuine, friendly congregation. This church welcomes you with open arms, and continues to welcome you. You will never feel left out, and you will leave each service encouraged, on fire for the Lord and stronger than ever. Not only is the presence of the Lord genuine, but also the people who attend. If you feel like there is something missing in your life, I urge you to try Jesus, try Connecting Point :)

I'm a new member of Connecting Point church. I came from another church that was "clique-ie" and made me feel like an outcast (not very welcoming).



Some churches are filled with a congregation that just talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. This church is way different! From the preaching to the worship to the members of the church, you can feel and see God everywhere.



If you've ever felt dead or stagnant in your walk with God I recommend trying out this church! If you've been wanting to try a new church then this one will welcome you with open arms. I know they did for me =)

This church touched a place in my heart.. The Pastor.. Pastor Greg is a wonderful man.. His church.. is Just welcoming to anyone.. No matter what you look like,... what your wearing.. They'll Accepy and Love you know matter what.. Cause your there for God..
