So I came here yesterday for my birthday and the food is really good . Only thing that kinda sucked was that I think our chef was new so 'nemo' was very quiet.. He wasn't very talkative .. And then I guess it's just me but I like when the people there make a commotion and make it fun and they really didn't they literally came up to me and brought me this plate with an orange and pineapple and said happy birthday and then sang me a quick song . Idk I guess I just like a fun atmosphere and the people really weren't . I would of gave it 5 stars but I didn't because of that 8(
I have dined here twice and both experiences were exceptionally pleasant. I had Teppan and it was delicious. I find nothing more pleasant than being served delicious food and being able to appreciate the service as well. That's what you will get if you dine at SGC. If you like Behni Hahnas you will love SGC.
Not the best Italian food I've ever had but a step up from the chain restaurants. I'm not a huge fan of Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill, so when we want italian and don't want to drive to far, it's Pomodoros. If you don't mind the drive, go to Maggianos in Costa Mesa.
