This office is highly regimented with what they can do and can't do for you, and the vet techs, and office staff are abrasive in relaying this. Can't do vaccinations without examinations; can only do vaccinations in vaccination time slots. There are only a few of these per week. Must do blood draws to do vaccinations. Must do and charge for a full examination at each visit regardless of what you need. Sometimes I felt like the vet techs were quick talking sales people. However, if their sales pitch was their way of showing concern, it was very hard to tease this out. On a side note, I will admit that the vet seemed to be highly qualified. This office could improve its customer service substantially by retraining their staff.

My boyfriend and I took our dog there one day to get his paw looked at and get a check up, that was fine and dandy they did everything they wanted to and charged us like crazy. Within a week we decided to take him in for a grooming, that alone was absolutely horrible. But on top of that, they decided on their own that they would do a check up and charge us for medicine and things we did not expect. They didn't even call us to say "hey we are going to do a checkup would you mind?", no they just went ahead and charged us for an additional medicine with no heads up at all. That bill was $300 more than it should have been! Not happy at all and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I took my dog to be boarded. And told the staff in charge that he might be scared and to be left alone or will become defensive and bite. Just feed and water him. Well, I don't know what she was thinking, upon coming back from vacation, I was told that he bit the staff while they were walking him, when I could have not stressed more DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WALK for both their safety. Also, I took twice the amount of food when boarded, just in case. I know he gets sad when I leave and does not eat. Well, aparently he ate everything, they gave me the bin back empty! well, good that I came back when I did, otherwise he might have been starving. Oh yeah, and while eating everything, he lost 8 lbs in 7 days! Staff friendly at boarding time and nodding their heads, and they would not even look me in the eye when I picked him up. I don't know why they dont write everything down when one talks to them, no one knows my dog better than I do and what I say is important, so stop nodding and take notes!

They were very good with helping me decide to put my cat to sleep. Nice staff
