Bone-ified Dogs LLC

It took me a week to schedule an appointment to have my dog groomed. I understand that things happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally made an appointment. My dog was supposed to be ready at 1pm. I called at 12:45, no answer. 1pm, no answer. 1:30 no answer. I was getting concerned so I went at 2pm to pick up my dog. No one was there! I heard dogs barking inside. I was so upset. Finally, at 2:30 Jennifer showed up. She told me she had to run out. What upset me is that she never returned my calls or the text’s I sent. To make matter’s worse, she never even groomed my dog! No excuse, no nothing. I don’t understand how she can possibly continue to call this a business. I should of read these reviews before I decided to give her a try. I tried not to over react but as a dog lover, how can they conduct themselves in this manner? My advice is to find another groomer.

I can't review the actual services because there seems to be no clear way to make an appointment. I've called three times and never gotten an answer. I've emailed four times and only gotten a response twice. Never have we actually been able to set up an appointment.



I looked on Facebook and realized that this is a VERY common issue -- despite supposedly having 3 ways to make an appointment (text, email, call), LOTS of folks cannot get in touch. LivingSocial won't give me a refund, so I guess I'm just out this $30. Sigh.



I don't know how you run a business only responding to customers half the time!

I am a pet sitter and have 2 dogs and three cats of my own. Many of my clients have asked for recommendations for a groomer in the area. I have never been able to give one because I really have never been completely satisfied with a groomer (I'm a tough customer). My biggest complaint with other groomers was that they were not comfortable grooming cats. Many very good dog groomers did not want to groom my cats, or did groom them but didn't do a very good job. Pet Paws Pet Salon did a wonderful job with my dogs & MY CATS! All of my pets love their groomers! They treat them like family when they are in the salon. I received the BEST grooming for all of my pets that I have ever had. I now have a groomer in the Lake Norman area that I can recommend to my pet sitting clients and I am so happy! Thank you Pet Paws!!
