I have been in this store several times. I gave them several chances. Each time I shopped there, I was either completely ignored (with no other customers in there so they weren't busy in that regard) or treated rudely. I even called once about a sale they were advertising and the woman I spoke with was so rude that it was almost comical. If I was her boss and heard that, I'd have fired her on the spot. The people here came across as lazy and having very bad attitudes. Very bad for business! I needed to furnish a whole house due to a move to the area. I had a budget of 25,000 for everything. They lost a large portion of that. Bosses out there, if your employees make customers feel bad or uncomfortable, they're gonna cost you money! Hire someone who needs the job and wants the job. Tell your employees that their paychecks come from the customer, so treat the customer right. These people here have completely and forever lost my business.

I had an awful experience here! I ordered my furniture which was suppose to be a desk and chair,two full mattresses, box springs and headboard for 589.00. When I got it it was only two mattresses, a headboard and desk with no chair. So when I called Vickie Hayes hung up on me. her daughter works there and when selling me and my boyfriend the furniture quoted us for everything together. So I was so inconvenienced I had to go up there and she did say she would refund me but she was sooooo rude tellin me to shutup and arguiing with me. She called Leanord who very professionally handled the situation like it should have been. He apologized for the incompetence and worked out something with me to get my whole set. I had no problem buying the items separately we had plenty money cause we had gotten a big check but it wasnt explained we had to. This lady threatened me with violence before leaving the store and was irate. Poorest customer service on Vickie Hayes part I have ever seen! Horrible customer service! Except for Leanord Thanks I walked away content but Vickie treated me like an animal! Stay Away or Beware! The employee may attack!
