        Overall

        I am very disappointed. I ordered a valentine for my husband to be delivered to his place of work ( I ordered 2 days ago). It was never delivered. They charged my card and now I can't get in touch with them.

        Wow, you are really delivering smiles.

        Flowers delivered today. Except that the deliverer/owner delivered them and said "i don't know who ordered these, but he got ugly with my wife (b/c they were 3 hours late) and she deserves an apology." .........Ummm ok. Thanks for the flowers & ruining my surprsise?! Wouldn't suggest them to anyone. And now I will articulate: as a business you have to be able to handle critiques and unhappy customers while maintaing tact and exceptional customer service.
