RUDE!!!!
I am a new customer to verizon. I ordered my phone off line to get the automatic rebate and was told if I didn't like it I could return it to any store. I went to this store to return the phone I was approached by Geoff who I told that I wanted to return the phone because I didn't like touch screens. He then told me I couldn't return it at a store when the day before my sister had just returned hers at a verizon store. He then showed me some touch screen phones after telling him that I don't like them. I then called my sister because I had just joined my family's, family plan. She then asked to talk to someone and Danielle got on the phone with her and was very rude and said they couldn't return the phone because it would mess up their inventory (if you return something in your computer doesn't it put it in the inventory for you). After my sister was finished talking to her we called verizon's corporate office and explained to them what was going on and so they called the store and told them they had to take the phone we are V.I.P members and the manager said to verizon's corporate office are you challenging me several times then hung up their own corporate office. This verizon store got 5 writes because of this 1 from me, 1 from my sister and 3 from their corporate office. I wouldn't reccomened this store to anyone.
