I would tell my friends not to waste their time or money here.
I made a special day for my 4 year girls and myself to get a manicure and pedicure. My husband tried to purchase a gift certifacte 2 weeks prior as a gift, but their business doors were locked even though it was supposed to be normal business hours as posted on their door.
As for the day of my appointment, the gal was late in getting their for my scheduled time. I wasn't even sitting next to both of my little girls. The gal took quite a long time and hardly rubbed lotion or did much of anything on my feet. I had an in grown nail and left with it untouched. I had paint on my skin around almost all nails. As for the manicure she never used a nail file or rubbed lotion. The checkout took quite a while as they were having computer trouble.
When I emailed in my concerns or complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org which is listed on their facebook site I have yet to hear anything back including a simple apology. That was almost 3 weeks ago. VERY bad customer service. Really a shame as I think they have the potential to offer a great assortment of services including mom's night out pampering packages. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for this sort of thing.
