Dr. Boatright is one of the smartest, kindest and most competent physicians one could ever hope to find. He exemplifies every quality you could wish for in a physician.



Unfortunately, his office staff, are in great need of improvement. Their communication skills, patient rapport, and appointment/scheduling procedures are poor. Some of the staff give the impression that they are doing you a favor and that you are a nuisance. The lab technicians, office managers and several of the nurses need attitude adjustments to remember that they are serving people who are often in great pain and deserve kindness and consideration.
