In 2013 I worked at My Father Cigars and the company was celebrating its 10th anniversary. This party was to be held at the company's warehouse, which had no air-conditioning, had a ramp, was big but was simply a warehouse, not a party space. We had about 250 guests, from VIPs, important clients, family, friends, etc and everything needed to be impeccable and exquisite. I emailed, called, and met with a few planners but they didn't really understand the concept, they didn't understand that people needed to be able to smoke cigar (the reason it was being held at the warehouse), and that although we had a healthy budget, we needed someone to help us manage it and put the money where it was best. From the moment Grisel and Pupi walked in, myself and my bosses at the time, knew we had found our match. From the first meeting to every meeting after that, there was full attention to every single detail, with maps to show where everything would be. They listened to everything we needed, wanted, and surpassed all those requests. They piped and draped the place, air conditioned the space, leveled the ramp, and transformed the place to the point that guests who had been there before where asking what part of the building they were in. Their staff, valet, dj, etc were amazing. Their food was delicious, the coffee station was the perfect compliment to the cigars, and the famous palm tree was an absolute hit. Thank you so much to this company, Grisel & Pupi, and their staff for an unforgettable and perfect celebration. I highly recommend them to take care of any of your events!
"Loved their Paella" P. Conwell Cooper City, FL May 18, 2011 ________________________________________ We had a wonderful experience with Paella VIP. From the moment I made contact with the company, I was treated with respect and professionalism. They arrived exactly on time and set up very quickly. They were courteous and provided everything I asked for. The paella was not only delicious but the presentation was fabulous. Our guests loved watching it being cooked and loved the paella. They also prepared conch fritters which were incredible and the tostones rellenos were a treat for the eyes as well as delicious. The prices were more than fair and the portions were large. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to all my friends.
My wife and i where driving to the falls when we notice that the bakery which was there for many years was gone. We found instead a Bakery / french bistro the place had change for the best and the dark and cluttered was now replace by bright white wall, with French writting on it. Anyhow we look at the menu and found a lot a great salads and sandwiches, we order to go the special of the day and one charcuterie platter which was very large and enought for both of us, and a piece of the apple tatin. The special was Mousaka that day and it was very welll executed everything we brought home was great. The location is not the best ,but the food make's up for it
