        So far, this is the best pizza I have found in Florida. Try their Grandma slices. Not the most charming guys around but who cares ?

        HORRIBLE COMPANY. While there pizza may be tasty, their customer service skills are disgusting and in major need of improvement. The owner, Joe, and his employee, Heather, were completely rude to my wife and I after we made them aware of an issue we had with our order. Joe was short and curt. I REFUSE TO BRING MY BUSINESS BACK THERE AGAIN. Joe's last words to me were, "Go ahead and order from somewhere else." Thanks, Joe, I'll be taking your advice.

        This pizza is phenomenal and the staff is great, from my experience.I live 45 minutes away and there are many other options I could choose instead of Pizza Time, yet the quality of the food is worth it. One time I was given a free slice of specialty pizza when I inquired if that type of pizza (Mashed Potato pizza) was any good -- and yes, it is. Now that is a way to gain customer loyalty. Yes, the price is high but the quality of the food is there.I've only had one bad experience there, which is why I'm dropping the score from 5 stars to 4. When you order their specialty pies they tell you it won't be ready for 45 minutes to an hour. For me this isn't an issue because I live 45 minutes away. On this occasion, I ordered 20 minutes BEFORE I left the house, too. But when I arrived to get my pizza I was told that they had only just put it in the oven; I'd have to wait another hour to get it - instead, I went elsewhere. Still, that was only one time, on a busy Friday night. A- overall

        It's the best pizza I ever had. The people who work there are very kind and genorous. Way better than Pizza Hut. (Pizza Hut is HORRIBLE!!!)
