        Overall
        I took my 11yr old golden mix ...

        I took my 11yr old golden mix in to be evaluated for diarreah and a basic check up for her age. The Vet Tech was not very personable and seemed to be just running through the "steps" of the process. I did have to wait for about 20mins for the vet to finally come in to look at my Sassy and ask questions. I was a little annoyed with the wait. But when the DMV came in, he greated me right away with a hand shake and intorduction. He was great!!! He seemed like he genuinely cared about her well being and age. He took the time to answer ALL my questions and thoroughly look over Sassy. Made a few recomendations to me before he left the room. When the Vet Tech came back in, she seemed a little more personable this time. Maybe she was overwhelmed since it is a popular/busy place.



        I will say it seems a bit pricey, but not as bad as VCA or Banfield. Just be prepared to spend quality money for quality service with the Vet. The receptionist's were very helpfull and polite. All in all, I will be taking my Sassy back again. ;.)
