South Coast Taxi

I called from the Greyhound station. They asked me where I was going and then proceeded to trash the motel I was going to. Then told me 20 minutes. Then never showed up. Then was told by the woman who answers the phone " I really don't know what to tell you". VERY unprofessional. They treat Veterans like crap. YELLOW TAXI takes a bit but they are worth the wait. If you wait for these people you will be better off walking

I had been at Waterfall for 4 hours. Yellow Cab was going to take an hour to arrive. The person answering was robotic and grumpy. I called South Coast Taxi, and a very friendly voice said she would arrive shortly. Less than 10 minutes later, Shariese (I hope I'm spelling her name right!) arrived. From the start, she was very welcoming, courteous, friendly... And she was a very safe driver! It was like riding with a friend, and I really can't express how satisfied I was. The whole experience was such an unexpected pleasure. I've been using Yellow Cab for years, but I've deleted them from my contacts list and added South Coast Taxi. I'd recommend them to anyone!
