Great Clips

The owner, Michelle, did a wonderful job on my hair. She gave me nice layers, and was polite in the process. I would go again in the future.

After going there a few times, we thought we would be considered "regulars" Boy, were we wrong! We went recently before starting school, and both our elementary-aged boy and pre-K aged boy-who hasn't even started talking --were asked if they were getting hair cuts to kiss girls and get married!! Other clients present--young children, teen boys et al. did not get this treatment, our children did, and all other stylists laughed and seemed to enjoy this at our expense. As a mother and parent, I found it inappropriate and felt insulted! I am sure if we weren't Asian and non-Hispanic we would have been treated better. We've been to many other Great Clips and nowhere have we experienced this. The cuts were also not great! Last time a lady stylist who cut our three-yr-old's was present and when I requested her, she was just standing there laughing at the jokes, doing nothing else. Some other man who came to cut could barely get the edges properly done! I will never go there again,and neither will my Asian friends--at least they will be amply warned.

This was a nightmare. I told the Stylist I did not want anything off the top and to cleaned up around the sides and cleaned up in back. I can not see without my glasses and when I put them on I HAD A BUZZ CUT. It was a bad military style and was not even with an uneven cut like the razor blades were dull or he tried to cut faster than the clippers could keep up with. I asked him to fix the flaws and he tried twice before I decided to walk out while there was something still left on my head. I went back two days later and a little fat guy with a bad attitude would not give me a refund. If you know what it is like to get a bad haircut that will take 6 months to grow out cause it was cut too short you know I was not happy. I refused to leave and the jerk threatened to call the cops which I just told him to do it. He finally gave me a refund but he made it an ugly exchange. What should of been a positive customer experience became something I will remember as one of the poorest examples of customer service I ever saw.
