Recently got a cpap machine through Buckeye of Cookeville and the experience did not start off well. First of all I showed up early to my appointment for "fitting" of my mask and sat around waiting to be seen for well over an hour, afterwards another disgruntled customer comes in throwing a fit about his cpap supplies that he had been waiting for from Buckeye that they did not have - so I have to wait some more while they deal with this guy.
Now I've worked in customer service before, and I know that unhappy customers are sometimes a part of it, so I shrugged it off.
The guy who did the "fitting" (I use quotations because he just said oh this one looks like the right one and I was on my way...) seemed professional until he started playing on his phone during my appointment...
So I've been on my cpap for going on 3 months now and have had trouble everytime so far with getting my monthly supplies. I call to get the order put in to get approval for my insurance, then I never hear from them, then I call again, and they act like this is the first time I've called them about it.
Hell one time I had to walk around to the offices in behind the front desk and knock on someone's door to ask if anyone was ever going to come operate the front desk or if I was just going to have to stand there some more...
If it wasn't for my insurance, according the people at my doctor's office, and the fact that the only other place I could deal with is out of state, I would not do anymore business with these terrible people... It's like walking into a sorority every time I walk in... No one even pretends to care about their job and treat the establishment as a place of business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY!
