I have been a patient here for well over ten years. The ONLY reason I won't go anywhere else is because of Dr. Paulsen, Dr. Beasley, and Denise. As far as the office staff goes though, they really couldn't be more RUDE! They make it VERY obvious that they have better things to do than to answer your call and, God forbid, have to take a message. And leaving a message is absolutely pointless!!! You will never get a return phone call if you leave a message so don't even waste your time because it truly is a waste of time. It's weird though because Dr. Paulsen, Dr. Beasley, and Denise are SO caring. I can't imagine that they wouldn't call someone back so it leaves me wondering if they even get the messages in the first place. I've referred quite a few people to Dr. Paulsen, but every one of them ends up asking me how in the world I deal with her office staff. Sadly, every person I have ever suggested to that they should see her doesn't anymore simply because of the office staff. Now when I tell anyone about her, I have to explain how wonderful Dr Paulsen is but only once you get past the front desk. That's sad! That's a problem!!! And I hope they read these reviews and change something!
I love the doctors at this practice, but the big woman who works at the front desk is extremely rude. I switched insurance providers and got a bit upset when I came in and found out I had to pay for my visit out of pocket. For some reason other doctors at the practice had been able to accept my new insurance and gone through the trouble of accepting the provider, but not the one I was seeing that day. This woman had the nerve to sit behind her glass window and talk about me to others in the office. I of course heard every rude word she said. I was only trying to understand why my insurance was not being accepted by the doctor- how dare I inconvenience her to do her job. Good customer service matters a lot to me, it doesn't take much to treat people right. I will unfortunately be switching doctors.
