Wow! I was about to write a review about the new look and saw the previous post. I have been shopping at Hut 8 since it opened. First of all, if you knew anything about how they go thru your clothes, you would know that they only take one large bag or container at a time. This can easily be found out by calling them. I have taken clothes in there to sell prolly 20+ times and bought bunches. If a person needs help bringing in clothes or taking them out, JUST ASK!!! I have before and the owner has her gracious husband help me with my clothes. If you have that many clothes that were not accepted, then there was something wrong with your clothes. The owner is always helpful in explaining why ANY item was not accepted. For anyone to think they have the time to fold your clothes back needs to get a life. There's no way they EVER have had time to fold clothes. And as far as the Coach purse, I have had a couple she couldn't take because they weren't the style they were looking for. Remember people, they are a biz and not in it to pay people what that person thinks their stuff is worth. They only buy the things they KNOW they can sell. If they don't think they can sell your brand new with tags kids name brand shirt, then they don't buy it. Don't go in there expecting they are just gonna buy everything you got cause YOU think it is worth something! Then you say you have no attitude and then go home and sit in your basement in the dark on your bucket and type silly comments like this. It just outrages me that some one that obviously doesn't know anything about this store would make a comment such as this. I assure you that the owner would have explained why something wasn't taken and even make things right for you. Anyway, I will continue shopping here for myself and kids because the people are awesome, the clothes are great and nobody can touch their prices. I love The Hut!!!!!!

Yours Truly is really the only thriving consignment store in and around the Conway area (im not sure ab LR but would like to hear). Its not a very good way to make extra money (kinda a downer for me, as a FT mom), but they do have excellent buys and to take in your kids good clothes that they've outgrown and use that money to save on your bill for bigger clothes it works out real well. They dont accept any clothing with a stain on it, so kind of a pain when you bring in clothes, but then again, you get to buy pretty much brand new clothes for second hand prices. I would like to see more baby gear, as they do not take gear like carseats and strollers. I've found it best to shop right before season to get the good stuff, especially shoes. The baby clothes selection is great both boy and girl, but when you get into the boys sizes after toddlers they are pretty sparse, but the girls still seems pretty stocked. I've seen consignment stores come and go in Conway...i imagine they just can't compete. The only other I know is Rhea Lanas, which is the traveling, seasonal consignment event occurring in the spring and fall over a weeks time.
I love shopping at hut #8 the staff are always helpful and go out of their way to make each of my shopping experiences special. They help with picking out outfits and finding me the right size.. The quality of clothing that is found in this store is far above the other stores of I've seen in Conway. They hold very hight standards on what they take in.. Others may find this offensive, but this is what will keep me coming back.. Their Custmer service and the high quality of the merchandise found in the store exceeds my expectations in each time and there inventory is always current and up to date.. Thanks for not making me drive to Little Rock .. Great Job..
