        I have a hard time getting the right fit for my vision at other eye places. I moved back to Arkansas and Made an appointment with Vision Care. The doctor spent a great deal of time making sure I had the best contacts. I had to come back but was so glad I was able to wear the contacts for a week. I realized I needed a stronger contact in my right eye. He tweaked it and from there my vision was perfect. I appreciate the time and care they took with me so that I could see up close and far away. I would highly recommend this place for your vision needs.

        Visioncare = Medicaid Fraud!

        My overall experience with VisionCare was bad! Over more than 2 months I was back & forth to their office multiple times for 1 pair of glasses and they never got it right! They were rude and eventually said "Just leave & take the glasses" [that I can't see with]. I explained that they are blurry and the lens manager said "No they're not" when I'm the one that has to wear them. I can't see with them on! Then he said he was paid for the service and wouldn't refund Medicaid even though he didn't provide the service Medicaid paid for [glasses I can see with]. I'm sure the powers that be at Medicaid will like to know they are being frauded. I can't believe how rude the Visioncare employees were. I'm a retired business owner and there's no way any of my customers would have ever been treated that way. Visioncare should be embarrassed and ashamed!

        Bad Customer Service

        I give them two stars only bc I liked the drs and the front staff was pleasant. My experience has not been pleasant overall. The 2 doctors we saw were professional, personable, friendly, & attentive to needs. We waited a very long time in the waiting room. There were 3 of us including a child. My child (12) placed in his own room and husband in another. Apparently, I was forgotten about. I had to ask how much longer the wait was so I could speak to the dr about the child. I thought they would call us together, but they didn't. The frame prices are extremely higher than others. They were in a rush to get my child fitted for glasses. They brought him into my DARK exam room with them on and said he likes these. We'll order these. Umm... Ok. Hopefully, you won't have to deal with Ryan who is the general manager. The glasses my child had broke after second pair in 4 months. Requested other options, and he is who called (why the gm would call for something like this idk). He's rude & inconsiderate and did nothing for us and answered no questions.

        Quick and Friendly Customer Service

        Staff was very helpful and friendly. They explained every procedure so I felt comfortable during my visit. My Doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The exam was very thorough.
