Conway Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic

My child attend college in Conway, I live several miles away and need to make an appointment. When I first call the lady name Kara that answer the phone was RUDE very unprofessional! I wanted to make an appointment that day, her answer to me was we don’t have any opening. NEVER gave me an option for another day or suggest anything I could do next…..
I said thank you, but she just hangs up! I called back again after doing more research online to find out more information about the after-hours walk-in clinic, I got the same lady again to ask about the address and phone number. Once again, she was not helpful. I’m so thankful that I did not send my child to this clinic being that it’s unprofessional and maybe he wouldn’t have gotten the right care. From a mother that is far away from their child it’s nice knowing that there are still caring people in the world. Huge THANK YOU to Baptist Health Center Orthopedic Clinic for taking the time out to help me and making me feel comfortable to send my child to you!

He was a complete JERK! By far the worst Dr experience I've ever had! I don't doubt he knows his stuff but the way he treated me and others (from what I read online) is ridiculous! I did make a follow up appointment with him but I WILL NOT be going. Maybe they will be able to see all the other patients a little quicker on that day. I waited over an hour before I saw him and honestly it wouldn't have been such a big deal if he was a doctor worth seeing! DO NOT go see this man! What a waist of my time and money!!!
