        Avoid this company!!!! I paid for work to be done and they do not respond to phone calls or emails. I’m still waiting and it’s been almost a year for the work to be completed.

        Love this company! Liberty Builders just completed my siding and windows and the results are amazing! Everyone we dealt with was fabulous especially the contractors. My parents, my neighbor and co-worker have all used Liberty Builders. I think that says it all!

        I seriously question the integrity of a company that forged my name to paperwork after they waited 4 weeks to turn it in.

        They also seem to be technically challenged. They were unable to reply to or forward emails and finally had to fax me my credit card refund.

        Liberty Builders just completed my siding project complete with a patio cover and gutters. I am very pleased with the work and I would recommend this company to every one.

        Forget it. I needed two estima...

        Forget it. I needed two estimates to turn in to apply for a Home Improvement Loan to the Texas Veteran's Land Board.

        Their team set me up with an appoint. The estimator called and said they would be late, that they had been delayed at the Show Home. The second call was that they would not be there at all and could they reschedule. (very polite, life happens, no problem)

        The representative came for the second appointment, seemed rushed, said he would e-mail me the estimate...that was Two Weeks Ago. I left for vacation, but had access to the web. Nothing. I came home, dealing with a small crisis and it occurred to me that I still had no estimate. So I sent an e-mail. Nothing. So I made a phone call. Nothing. I have now contacted another firm.

        The lack of communication has established that customer service is not something I can rely on with this company.
