i would never choose this shop i pulled in one day and they were all sitting around drinking alchol and this was about 4:30 in the afternoon but who wants to talk buisness with someone who is intoxicated

This repair shop was a 5 star repair shop until lately,. last month my 02 Dodge caravan over heated and I had Conroe choice to check it out. after they had my car for 3 days they determined I need a new Radiator , Radiator cap & coolant total parts $202.36. Labor cost $225.00 this was 4/19/11. so I was ready to ride, Right. 75 miles later the same thing happened, the car over heated, this time it was at night, I was afraid to drive the car so I called a wrecker($65.00), and carried it to Douglas car care, they found I needed a water pump over $200.00, parts & labor. not only that, Conroe Choice replaced my factory Radiator with a After Market Radiator without my permission, and they had to modify the radiator cap to make it fit. So I carried my complaint to Conroe Choice, they are going call me when they decide what to do, but it has only been a week since I talk to Gene at Conroe Choice. In the month of April I spent over $1,100.00 with Conroe Choice on the 02 Caravan, they will never see another dime from me, that the end of a three years relationship. Beware of Conroe Choice

Conroe Choice Auto does great work at very reasonable rates. The folks are friendly and don't treat you like your and idiot if you come in and say the 'whatchamacallit next to the thingamabob is making a funny noise". They are up front and honest with you and treat you like family.
