China Delight Restaurant

I've lived in Conroe for 9 years & the 1st time we are here was about 9 yrs ago however I always wonder how in the world they were able to hang that sign claiming they were the best...tonight was the 4th time we decided to give them another shot..hence save the best for last...too bad that's not the case! My husband called in an order & I swung by & picked up. When we both opened out boxes (he had- triple delight & myself- gen tso's ckn), both our boxes each had about a half inch grease & I thought it looked like grease but surely not maybe it's oily sauce. Unfortunately pure grease. The gen tso's is mainly whole wings fried with the skin still on but they were soggy huge pieces w/ lots of fatty parts. The "crab puffs" had zero crab. They should be called cream cheese puffs because that's all they consist of..no shrimp nothing but fried cream cheese. The egg rolls also drenched in grease & completely bland like everything else! I cld them to give the benefit of the doubt & gave them an opportunity to justify but no apology or anything in fact the woman spoke Chinese to a man & then came back & I said I'd like a refund as our dinner was ruined & I have pics & even the food still & would bring back to get credit but she said, "no we give you discount next time"..ha really I thank you! I wouldn't feed their food to my dogs!

This is the best place to eat in conroe, ask to make your meal a combo. they add fried rice and an egg roll for only 50 cents.

THIS RESTURANT IS THE BEST IT HAS A WONDERFUL MENU AND THE FOOD ID OUTSTANDING THE PEOPLE HERE AS WONDERFUL TOO VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMER.
