This is in regards to the one-star comment on my review in 2012 am the owner of cdt's keep in mind I have been in business since 2004 to now current 2021 and this is my only review wow let me explain that was a 1980s car that was ass ended Insurance paid to have it fixed less than 20% of the bill was insurance customer did not want to pay to strip this fiberglass car with its cheap paint job that was already on it Insurance did not pay for that he would not either insurance requirements are pre-accident condition he paid us out of pocket to paint the whole car he agreed to the non strip would not be warrantied he also paid for show clear coat car looked beautiful when it left feel free you asked to see if pictures when in my office I can show you the pictures I have all of them the comment on the parts that he did not receive there was a small amount of cosmetic trim pieces that were special ordered Insurance did not pay for his rental car beyond the time of full paint job car had to be delivered parts were on order when he picked up car parts are still sitting in my office today he never picked them up for example center caps for the rims and a front hood emblem I apologize for any inconvenience sorry we could not make you happy as we all know Insurance repairs are protected by the insurance companies I am I car certified Chief frame laser certified PPG certified and Lexus Elite certified I have been restoring cars 4 over 25 years feel free to call or text leave a detailed message and I will get back with you to my new number 713 380 1149
