        Would give less than one star if possible. Long please read. Vincent Aufiero was MOD(Manager on Duty) this fine night. 7:00pm reservation. Left there at 8:30 Hungry. Took an hour for our dinner to arrive...Ordered Prime Rib medium rare...Came out well done. Sent it back. The waitress came back out with another Prime Rib well done again. She was told this was the rarest they can make it. So I asked for the Manager, Vincent came over and I explained to him what my problem was and he said he would see if he could get the kitchen to make my Prime Rib to moo...Not a professional response. By this time my wife had finished her dinner at my request. Vincent came back to the table after a few mins and said they only had well done Prime Rib to offer. He offered to comp us a free dessert. We declined and he joked that he would not charge me for the Prime Ribs I sent back. I Embassy Suites would have expected more out of you! #embassysuitesdontgo #embassysuites.com
