I wouldn't have been able to do it without Joe. I've tried so many diets in the past and always ended up gaining back the weight. He was the first person to teach me how to make the right food choices and incorporate them into a healthy lifestyle rather than follow some pre-packaged diet. I can now eat the foods I enjoy and still stay on track. And he was able to give me the right exercise program that fits into my schedule and has gotten me the results. I appreciate his additional health tips along the way and he's always there to answer any of my questions.

Excellent! Learned the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise as well gained a deeper understanding of the more complex issues in order to get the most effective results and truly transform my body. I'm in my best shape ever and am feeling so much more energy and continue to make great progress!
