Terrible experience. During a heat wave in the middle of summer the pool was closed; online they advertised a game room which is a microwave with vending machines. The woman at the front desk was very rude when she was asked about the pool and game room and said it was posted online that the pool was closed and online never said there was a game room. Which were both very untrue statements. Finally the next morning when I got ready for work I had no hot water in the shower. When I called to complain they asked why I didn't say something earlier. I'm sorry when I check into a hotel I didn't think I needed to check the hot water. When I spoke with a manager I was told I would be refunded my money and I never even got the room discounted; terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy! I wouldnt even give this place one star but I can't select any lower.
