The only APP (safepiercing.org) shop in the area, their staff is very knowledgeable about body piercing and tattoo. They only carry very fine high end jewelry, not what in the mall. The oldest tattoo and piercing shop in contra costa county.

This is a really cool, professional shop. However, when i went to get my tongue pierced I had a problem with my piercing experience and their parking situation. I think the piercer hit a nerve. Whether thats from her level of experience or I just didn't have very much luck that day, I ended up having the whole right side of my tongue and face feel like it was on fire. Even after my tongue healed with the piercing there was always some aggitation.

Parking is also not very good. Anyone going to this shop should park else where and walk in because the parking is so limited and is shared with a lawyers office next door. Not necessarilly a bad thing but the lawyer that works there decided to block my vehicle in because he thought I was just a joe blow taking advantage of the parking and not visiting a business the parking area was for. I had visited the piercer to have my tongue checked out one last time, had to go to work afterwards, and I had to search for this guy to move his car. I'd walked back into the shop to ask if anyone knew who owned the car and the shop workers suggested I go to the lawyers office. Maybe this was a regular occurence?

The guys were really cool and helpful. Very professional and great selection of tats.

I didn`t feel rushed enjoyed it.
