        Very long wait just for silverware after being served food and appetizers at the same time. Then food was cold and had to wait 10 minutes for a drink refill.

        The food here is excellent and so is the beer. If only they would serve it to me. Probably the worst service I've ever had. Been here about 5 times and it's always the same thing. The waitress is never around, food takes forever, can never get a refill and on several occasions my appetizer showed uo after my main course. Needs new waitstaff before I'll come back.

        This place is awesome. We expirenced Bj's many times and the service was excellent. Thefood is super.Try the deep dish pizza!The service was welcoming and fast.The atmoshphere casual.It is a fun place to sit with your family or go on a date.Our family loves the pizookie.What's a pizookie ? It is a cookie right from t the oven.Put into s differnet dish so thwe dish won't be hot and ascoopof vanilla ice cream. THIS THING MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH.out of 5 stars i give BJ's 10!!!
