I have gone to this salon for several years now and felt like I had a good relationship with my stylist (who is the owner). Recently had an experience that will keep me from ever going back, unfortunately. Wanted to go from almost black to Lindsay-Lohan red but it turned out very dark still. Stylist told me to give her a call if I wasn't happy with it. Got a chemical burn from the processes done, and when I called back in about it I was told that my stylist (the owner) wouldn't be able to return my call because she was booked solid and that they really didn't get this very often so the best suggestion was to use moisturizing shampoo and see a doctor if needed. No apology was made. I called a few days later because my hair was still too dark - friends just thought that I had gotten red highlights if they noticed at all - and was again told that I couldn't talk to the stylist who I've used for years. All I wanted was to get my hair lighter at some point, using highlights if necessary because I felt that the color was incorrect. I was told that the chemical burn was MY fault (which wasn't even what I was calling about at this point) because I had insisted that they keep it on my head, which wasn't the case. I was also told that no stylist there "would touch me" until at least Jan 10 (about 5 wks away) which I said I understood because of the burn but would I have to pay full price then for the correction? I was told that I'd have to pay full price now because it had been more than 3 days since my color. I was shocked at the patronizing tone taken over the whole situation, treating me like I had been very demanding or high maintenance or something. I was never informed that their policy on customer happiness was restricted to 3 days. No apology was offered on either front so I'm left with a peeling head and muddy color. So disappointed that they couldn't have just pretended to feel bad about the whole thing and at least tried to do something small to help my situation.

I had my hair done by one of the owners and she was the most professional and knowledgeable hair stylist I have ever had. The salon is clean and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. I will never go to another salon.

I am single mother of two and i gave up on my hair for awhile. I went to the salon to have a make over and the girls were great. They are all young and hip and definately know what they are doing. I cried when i got home because i realized how out of touch i was and how easy and fun it was to transform myself into a better me with the help of a great stylist. It is so reasonably priced too!!!
