Now Heating and Air

I have some rental property and I called this company. They were very thorough in their work, and clean. I absolutely recommend them for this type of work. I was pleased.

Now Heating came to our rescue in August of 2012 when our home warranty service was unable to send one of their contractors. We were impressed with Now Heating And Air from first contact. They were polite, efficient, friendly, and really concerned with giving us the best possible experience. We wound up replacing our coils and condenser and they were well-priced. The technicians put down rugs to protect our floors and wore booties on their shoes. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. Since that installation, we have contracted Now Heating for a semi-annual tune-up service and have ALWAYS received the same great service for a great price.

Our furnace was blowing cold air. Technician was on time, friendly and honest. Explained and showed me the problem. Fair price. I would recommend.

The main reason I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner last year was because of the efficiency. I have to say now that I can compare last years utility bills to this years, I am tremendously happy. It has made such a difference having these new units. I am also very happy with the air purification system installed. It has done everything they said it would do. I will absolutely recommend this company to family and friends. I am highly satisfied with the service! The technician who came out to fix my furnace was named Ian, he was great! I would recommend Now Heating and Air to everyone!

It started by Now Heating & Air called me for a furnace tune up special. They came out and serviced my 2 furnaces, and did a very professional job, they were very thorough, and actually showed me pictures before and after, the tech was clean, clean uniform and slipped on his shoe covers while going in and out of my house, I was very impressed, and went over everything before he started the work. They also happen to be the company that installed the furnace years ago. I would recommend these guys anytime, very top notch.

John Bossert and Mike Combs were awesome installing my new furnace. After a few nights waking up to temperatures of 50 degrees or less because my furnace was shot, John and Mike both worked from 3:00 in the afternoon until after 10:00 to install me and my family a brand new furnace. After the long day installing it they still stayed to make sure I understood how to use it and cleaned up the area. I greatly appreciated all of their hard work and dedication.

Best air conditioner ever. Sam and his crew were the best and very kind when they came into my home. I'm very happy with the service and the expertise of the employees. Best price I found after many hours of research.

I have used Now Heating and air several times at our home. I found them to honest with their quote. They installed at system and it works like a champ. They did not charge when they came out to give me a quote. They worked on time..my wife loved how they cleaned up afterwards..these guys are good!

I have used these guys in the past. They have stepped up their customer service in the office with Abraham on duty. I needed a furnace insp for a house Iam looking at buying. Abraham got Jeff out the same day for me. Jeff saved me because he went above and beyond and noticed I had some code violation on the water heater and well as the furnace. Abraham made sure I had a good written bid for the work I could submit to the seller. Thanks a lot guys, great job!

If you need after hours service, DO NOT use these people.



Our heater went out during sub-zero weather. They charged $160 for an after-hours service call, only crediting $30 to the work done. But at least they quoted that up-front. After they did the work, I learned they added 50% to all service and parts for "after hours" service. So a bill that would have been about $750 if done during regular hours came to almost $1200. This was for a service call that lasted less than an hour.



Their "Customer Service" person started by telling me the billing was a computer glitch, then after several more calls he admitted to their after hours charges, which they do not disclose before the work is done.

I had 3 bids on my new system. I have to say that out of the 3, NOW Heating and Air was by far the best. The Salesman ( Reid ) was extremly professional and knowledgeable. The install of my full system( Adam and John ) and some extra gadets installed went flawless. Couldn't be happier. Thanks NOW !!! Follow up. NOW came back 3 days later to do my EXCEL testing for rebates. ( Ian ) was extremly polite, helpful on re-explaing to me my new system. AGAIN, Thanks NOW !!!

My furnance stopped working on a Saturday, when I called their office their tech Tim came to my home within an hour. He was very professional and found the problem immediately. Luckily for me it was just the thermostat, but Tim never tried to charge me for anything that it wasn't. It was so refreshing to meet a company that doesn't try to steal from the unknowing consumer. I have since referred Now Heating and Air to all of my clients that I work with in the restoration industry and Tim does work for my company's clients.
