Lack of transparency -- though my septic system was under warranty, they imposed a hidden charge of 80$ on me (I was not told about the charge until the work was completed) ; I helped the guy clean my filter by poring water and stuff !!



Lack of detail -- They broke a concrete block in my landscape (created lot of other mess too), replaced it after months with another one also broken on the sides ; when I complained about it, the business hasn't responded in over a month!!



Lack of professionalism/courtesy -- The associate Mr. Lalo I discussed on phone with was rude & unprofessional & didn't have time to even complete the conversation because he suddenly wanted his personnel working at my place, back in office as he had been away for long.



They charge me for a service call ; but the invoice says scheduled maintenance which is supposed to be free!!



After tricking the customer into paying up, they send a bill again demanding payment for the second time for the same visit !!
