Good doctor -- Absolutely awful billing and office procedures. I was scheduled for my followup appointment a week after my first appointment and got very sick with the flu. I called the office numerous times for 2 days to try to postpone. No one answered or I got put on hold and disconnected. There was no way to leave a message -- either during or after business hours. I gave up. Five days after my missed appointment I received a stern letter that I will be billed for my missed appointment. I finally got through to the office manager and I explained the situation. She was not apologetic but said that those letters are sent by computer and aren't to be taken seriously. She said there would be no charges. It took two more calls to get them removed. 5 months later they billed my insurance an additional amount. The new bill has me paying about $15. Over one week before the bill was even due, I start getting daily robocalls about my outstanding balance. I will NEVER go here again.
