They seemed relatively inexperienced which surprised me. They couldn't seem to figure out how to order carpet for my basement, as if they'd never done it before. They ran 2 weeks behind schedule and they seemed to be a little pricy. After installing the carpet they said they don't do any kind of clean up of all of the little bits of fuzz everywhere from cutting and installing the carpet, and they were unwilling to use my personal vacuum so after spending over $15,000 on my new basement I was still left with the work to clean it and make it presentable. They said they couldn't find a closet door to match the detentions of the door they were replacing in the basement (which fit perfectly) so they cut the bottom off of a larger door to make it fit but it left the door knob at a very awkwardly low height. It's been about 6 months since they redid my basement and one of the cracks in the drywall they patched is starting to flake.
