If you have any self -respect, don't work here...you will have the life sucked out of you by inept supervisors and managers. I worked really hard for this company thinking it would get me a promotion...and it did for 5 weeks. THen they demoted me back to agents due to short staffing. Working here is like being in Kindergarten. You're treated like beef and the pay is a joke. The ethics are non-existant and if you think you're going to go anywhere with the company, think again. There's no way to communicate how bad this place is. The whole time you work there, they will never give you the phone number. It will be a closely guarded secret. Need to call off work? There's an automated hotline number with no option to talk to a real person. Need to ask a question about your paystub or absolutely anything else?
