DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I repeat DO NOT work for them! They're full of games they show favoritism very unprofessional and they play with ppls money it's been a whole 10 days and I still have yet to receive my check in the mail! The training is very pointless due to the fact it will not be used in the job. The trainers are rude. If I could give this review negative 5 stars I would they don't even deserve a 1 star this place is horrible. I wish I would've read the reviews before I started working there because all of the reviews are true

If I could give the Tele performance a zero star I would they are literally the worst company to work for they are not professional and they are a headache they don't follow the rules that they set for their agents and then they do use tactics to harass their employees I will never again in my life work for Tele performance ever ever again

This company used to be CII Tech. It is a massive contracted call center which unbeknownst to most people, is the out-sourced first line of customer contact for many of your Fortune 500 companies. It is now a part of a GLOBAL corporation which supports call centers from the Philippines to India. If you are looking for employment, do not be deceived by the names of the companies you will be contracted to service. But, most of all do not believe the way you will be treated as an employee or the manner in which you will be allowed to service customers would be condoned if you actually worked for the actual company. Accept it as an opportunity for employment. Use it for a stepping stone to something better if you can endure the corporate culture. You will more than likely have to compromise your integrity to stay working there. But, good luck

Was at teleperformance about to start in the new training class and they told us the training class was reduced to 20 and sent the other half of us home. Didn't even had the discipline of calling candidates to let them know the situation. I'm glad I won't be a part of such horrible company. I advise anyone who wants to apply here, don't waste your energy and time here

Do you enjoy stress? Crave a low-paying job where you're treated like an animal? Perhaps you enjoy day after day of people treating you like gnats! If this sounds like you, then Teleperformance is the place to be! Employees are treated like children...stupid children, they'll hire anyone who walks through the door, s'long as you can pass a drug test. (But, good luck getting it processed in time for your start date). However, aside from being a place which will eventually wind up on the 6:00 news under work-place shootings, immediate supervisors are generally nice and helpful, the job itself is not difficult and they do offer health benefits and 401Ks. There's zero sick time, but O.T. is plentiful. Thick skinned and computer savvy? Go for it. Want to feel wanted, needed and appreciated? Look elsewhere.

Well I just was offered a position within this company, but after reading all the horror storys everywhere about this job and location I may not take it now. Guess I should have done more research on this job before I went to apply.
