Been there 5 or 6 times and the service is always terrible. After my last time there I will never go again. Not only was a I treated to terrible service again, like I was a burden to the bar staff, but I was charged for items that were not mine. They then fixed my bill only to turn around and charge me twice. Once for the incorrect tab and again for the corrected one. This place is run like it is managed by teenagers. My last dollar has been spent in that place. I will instead go to the Rusty Bucket where the food, beer and service are 10X better.

We walked in on an uneventful Sunday. We sat by the bar which had about 6 people sitting at it. It took at least 5 minutes to get our server, who was the bartender. She was too busy talking to all of her bar customers who clearly didn't need drinks. I am a server in the area and I was extremely disappointed. My credit card sat on the table for at least 10 minutes before it was picked taken while watching our server talk to her bar customers. I felt ignored and the only reason I would come back is for the food not the service. I may try it again, but hire some more help because obviously the 1 bartender couldn't handle it.

I happened on this place on a lazy Sunday afternoon during football season. The place was clean, the bartender was friendly, and the place smelled awesome. ( Turns out they have a wood burning pizza oven) My plan was to have a few beers and head home, but the beer was cold and cheap. I ended up ordering a Philly cheesesteak, and it was awesome. (I've lived in Philly, so I know my cheesesteak) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the fries are hand cut and cooked to perfection. I've been back a few times for lunch, and have tried other menu items. The pizzas are great, tomato soup with grilled cheese, and my favorite salad is the spinach one. I tried the fried pickles, but I'm not a fan. Been there for happy hour, and it was pretty busy, but the waitress took care of me and my buddies. (good looking waitstaff, nice bonus) Being a smoker, I appreciated the covered patio with a propane heater. Overall, it's a great place.....especially around the Polaris area.

We went there with a group of 12 for a birthday, and i was horribly disappointed. For starters our server was horrible we had to hunt her down atleast three times throughout the night. Our food took 45 minutes , and my wifes food had a hair in it which is disgusting. When the manager came out ( blonde hair guy) he was very rude. You would think if one of your customers found a hair in their food you would try to make things better, but he did not he just tried to assure us that it must have been one of the girls at the table. In fact after we had talked to him another server who must have been watching the situation came over after he left and she even told us he was a arrogant. That probably was the highlight of the night. The bathrooms were not clean and smelled very bad, from what my wife told me. To top things off we had 6 drinks on our tab that was not ours. I was just very dissappointed with this place and wouldnt recommend it, and will never go back.
