Overall
Think Twice, Noah's Day(Care) or lack of Care & Attention of Your Loved One!‎

On June 15th, 2010 our pet Mickey a Boston Terrier(family member) was under the care of Noah's Bark Doggie Daycare and was attacked by another dog. As a result he suffered severe trauma to the right eye and is now permanently blind. He underwent extensive treatment by MedVet Columbus, which up to this point has cost us $1,090 and will be under the supervision of an ophthalmologist Dr. Terah Webb as well as medication for the remainder of his life.

Noah's Bark clearly states on their website as well as all marketing material "the animals are constantly supervised throughout the day by caring professionals" and if the dogs get too rowdy "our staff is trained to recognize for the dogs to intercede before the situation gets out of hand." This was truly not the case for our poor dog. After talking with Mary who called both my husband and I on the day of the incident that his eye was bleeding could only tell us that they heard a yelp from Mickey and then his eye was bleeding. The following day on the 16th Mary called my husband Kevin and stated a male employee had to break up a dog fight and that Mickey was involved, but could not tell us which dog attacked our dog. Two days later Mary calls again and leaves a voice mail which we still have stating that she talked with all the employees and NO ONE witnessed any dog fight, but yet my dog was attacked and now blind. After the 3rd phone call all communications stopped from anyone at Noah's. By this statement they clearly are not following the business practices they claim to practice. In quote on the website "you can rest easy the entire workday, knowing that your pet is safe, secure and happy. Noah's Bark--run by dog lovers, for dog lovers." What's interesting about this statement is the owner Mark Corner has NEVER contacted myself or my husband to even check up on how our pet was doing after being attacked under his care. Obviously by not contacting us even after having an attorney send a letter requesting for damages to be paid by Noah's Bark still not one word from Mark Corner shows he just wants to push this incident under the rug, hope no one talks about it including his employees and that it just goes away. I will not let this go away and feel others who pay for services like I did for 3 years should know how he treats his customers and handles the care of their pets. It was an unfortunate thing that happened to our dog, but what's really sad is the poor treatment we received from Noah's Bark and the lack of care for Mickey's well being or even offering to help pay for some of his medical bills. I want it to be known to others who do business with this establishment to really consider leaving their dogs at home or find another means of daycare. Noah's Bark and Mark Corner truly do not care for the wellbeing of your pet!

Please take this review to heart if you love and care for your pet like a child. I know I do and I am fighting for my little boy's right and the cruelty of treatment he received. It took me 3 months to finally be able to talk about this incident and tell our story. I will never forget walking in the door to see my baby so scared and his eye completely filled with blood to the point he was tearing blood. I wish I could share with you the horrible photos from the trauma, but all I want is for you to think twice before leaving your love one under Noah's Care or should I say lack of care!
