Nationwide Irrigation

The sales gentleman who came out was very condescending towards my wife. Instead of taking a professional approach, he stated that he didn't know what needed done if she didn't tell him.
Our unit ended up getting "hooked up" 1. It was stated the back flow test was never done because the gentleman sent out was not certified and it would cost an additional $57 to test. To charge $85 one can simply screw in and test is preposterous. The company website states up to 11 zones $75 and up to 12 zones $87. We have 6 zones and were invoiced for $85. 3.It was requested that we simply have someone come out and test the back flow and the $85 would then be paid. It would cost an additional $57, which is not what I was willing to pay as it should be included 4. Instead of obtaining a resolution on it, Nationwide Irrigation stated to forget about the bill, they will eat it and it would be best if we just went to another business. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
