This is the first time I have ordered from there since the new owners took over. I would much rather have my OLD MINGS BACK,my dinner was nasty and was very plane. It was suppose to be spicy, and had very little taste. My girlfriend's dinner only had 2 pieces of shrimp. And she must have not liked it cuz she ate like 3 maybe4 bites and gave the rest to our dogs..so I guess the NEW OWNERS ARE REAL GOOD FOR MY DOGS, AND THAT'S ABOUT IT..THEY WONT GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN..I PROMISE U THAT

We at Ming's Chinese Restaurant appreciate your taking the time to offer an opinion of our establishment. When Ms. Ming sold her restaurant, several years ago, we wanted very badly to purchase it. Unfortunately, the asking price was out of our range. We had to wait for another owner to degrade and devalue the business, in order to make it affordable for us. This is exactly what happened. Very few of Ming's original customers stayed loyal to the new owner. A handful became accustomed to the low quality fare, prepared by an untrained cook, using the cheapest of ingredients. This is apparently the "OLD MINGS" (sic) you refer to. While it is impossible for our formally trained and highly skilled chef to prepare sub-standard fare for you or your girlfriend, we would be happy to serve the more discriminating palates of your dogs.
Thanks again, for your comments.
