Asked for spagetti with lots of tomato sauce, after I got home it was spagetti with no sauce. Drinks were full of ice and no salad as promised on the phone call for my carryout meal. I will not be returning and very sad my 43$$$dollar meal was no better the skyline chili kidsmeal...thanks a lot milano..

I've been dining at Milano's with my husband for a couple years now, as often as once a week. The staff all know us, what we eat, and treat us like family. The food is excellent and perfect every time. I recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE and even my out-of-town family request to go to Milano's when they visit.

First off, Wow!
My father had noticed that Milano's was reviewed by a local TV station and we decided to go try it out yesterday. Let's just say I'm very glad we did!
From the bread sticks, to the house Italian dressing (which is home made, and so entirely delicious it isn't funny), to the main entrees (I had the veal parm. and my father had the chicken alfredo), this restaurant has quite a bit going for it!
Immediately upon arriving, we were greeted by the owners, who are very friendly.
The prices are very reasonable, the wine and beer list is stellar, and I will definitely be going back!

My wife and I eat here maybe once a month and do carryout on occasion. Great food, nice selection, excellent price. Older crowd. Very pleasant wait staff. Can get busy after 6pm. I have had office parties (small) and office meetings here. Very convenient to the east side. Each Milano's is individually owned so if you like one you might not find what you like at another. I do like the one at Eastpoint the best.

My husband and I love to visit this little hole in the wall Italian restuarant. It has a very romantic atmosphere. Low lighting and Italian music playing. The wedding soup is amazing and very authentic just like Nona (grandma in Italian) used to make. I also recommend the Veal! We have always had excellent service. Sometimes the owner, who is Italian, will come out and speak to us. He is very friendly and welcoming. I have brought family here and even had a buisness lunch here. Everyone has been pleased with the food and service.

hello, this is my first city search REVIEW. i have wanted to write some good reviews before this one. however this review, my first, gives MILANO'S 2 thumbs down! if you like frozen food and cheep products, i still wouldn't even eat here. nothing was authentic or fresh! the cook kept running from the kitchen to answer the phone, i know he couldn't have washed his hands each and every time he went back and forth. our service was very slow, and for a while, we were the only people in the restaurant! our server seemed to be on another planet! i do not recommend eating at MILANO'S, nasty food and several visible health code violations. STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED FRIENDS!!!! i see why it only has 1 $ sign :)
