this place is so unprofessional and rude. I made an appt for a week in advance, I called the day of to confirm (thank goodness) and I was then told that my name was not in the book, so there was nothing they could do for. After going back and forth, I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to call back. Every time I would need to call this place the phone rang busy, so I said I would wait on the line, because the phone is always busy. The man I was speaking with didnt believe the phone situation and in no way tried to get me in today, even though my appt was made a WEEK AGO. I then said that this was unacceptable service and was HUNG UP ON. Dont let the photos fool you, the staff is very unprofessional and not worth your time or money.

Best Nail Salon in Columbus by far!

I've been looking for a good nail salon for a while and finally found it. This nail salon is cleaner, better staffed, and higher quality than any other I've been to. They have 20 pedicure chairs and 20 manicure stations! I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes, no matter when I go. I also get their gel polish and my manicure lasts with no-chips for 3 weeks.

I've brought several friends and they all loved it too! I also like that they are open on Sundays when no one else is.
I had an appointment on a Thursday evening for a manicure; there were no other clients in the spa and I did not have to wait at all. The owner, Randy, is very kind and the facility is pretty. My actual experience was horrible. A gentleman did my manicure while bickering with his wife and crying toddler most of my time there. The little girl was adorable - but, I felt like I was imposing. Perhaps because my technician was preoccupied, he made my cuticles bleed at the time and they have gotten progressively worse fraying and bleeding. The tops of my nails were filed so thin that now they bend easily and most broke within 2 days even though they are short. The edges were uneven and ragged. Finally, the polish job was very rushed and excess polish on my cutilces and fingers was never removed. I was very surprised and extremely disappointed with my experience - enough to prompt my first review of a business.
I have to first say this place is BEAUTIFUL! One of the nicest nail salon's in the area. I had a great experience here. My nail tech was friendly and we had a conversation the whole time. I spoke with the owner's wife who is very sweet and very kind. I also like that it was close to my home, even opened on a Sunday, and has specials. I will go back here for sure!
I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nail Spa! I did not go there on their Grand Opening Day as one reviewer did... knowing that it would be crazy busy...and it was!! No wonder her experience was not a good one.

I had a pedicure that is still good at 3 weeks. I tried for the first time the Shellac polish with manicure. At 3 weeks, there are absolutely no chips. I am very hard on my hands and nails. It is time to go back and have them redone because of the growth of my nails. It is said that a shellac polish is only as good as the tech who applies it. I am very pleased with my experience at Luxe Nail Spa.
I actually attended Luxe Nail Spa this morning for the first time cause i have heard so many good things about this place. And let me tell you guys this place was awesome. I was so awed by how beautiful this place was. It's the largest nail salon i have been to yet. I walked in and everyone greeted my mother and I with bright smiles. They also gave us water bottles to quench our thirst. And took us back to the spa chairs and had us soak our feet in warm water and sat back to enjoy thier luxury massaging spa chairs. This was just a great experience. I really loved it and i will be back!!!
Luxe Nail Spa has got to be the best nail salon I've ever been too everyone is so nice. Joe did my nails and he's great. He's so friendly and does a great job. And the manager Randy is so sweet he's just so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable and greeted my friends and I with a huge smile. This is the largest, most luxurious nail spa i have ever been to. I would recommend for more people to go to and give this place a try. You won't regret it!!!!
I attended the Grand Opening of Luxe Nail Spa and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. (June 19th, 2011)
The salon is welcoming and nice, but the staff is not. My mother and I received the buy a manicure, get a pedicure deal. It was a fantastic deal, don't get me wrong, but both of us were disappointed with the services we received. First I had my person "Tina" remove my Shellac manicure, she had me soak my nails in acetone (typical) but then buffed my nails so thin and rough I could easily bend them. She also did a bad job filing them and got the shellac all over my cuticles. My mother also had a bad experience with the owners mother. She cut her cuticles so bad she began bleeding; she then became annoyed with my mother because she wanted the Shellac and not a regular manicure.

Let’s just say the pedicures were worse. My mother sat soaking her feet for about 15-20 minutes before someone even came to do her pedicure. Both of ours consisted of a non-relaxing "feet in, now feel out" experience.

I don't typically do this type of thing for places, but I just thought my experience was so horrible people need to know that this is not a good place to go. There were tons of people that had similar experiences when I went. I would recommend steering clear of this business.
