disappointment.. discuss...and a disaster.

"hot and ready" at this location seems to mean nothing.. after waiting for 25 mins for 2 hot and ready pep. pizzas, I gave up. The on duty manager "ROB" was too busy smoking outside to even know what was or in this case was not going on inside. The employees do not use gloves when preparing product, nor do they do regular hand washing. When I asked the manager for my money back, he was only willing to give me half. I told him (as did the employee who rang me up) that I had paid for 2, not one, but he insisted on arguing with me about it. Lets just say it was NOT a good experience. recap- food quality...who knows.. never did get it... staff...poorly trained speed of service... snails pace management... worse I've ever encountered...likely to recommend to others... not even my worst enemy.
