This must be the worse office in the city of Columbus Ohio. I have never seen an office where ALL of the staff are so rude and disrespectful. I have been told by an MA "that's not my problem, that's between you and the doctor". I have been hung up on during conversations. The expected wait time with an appointment or not is one to four hours. They have no respect for the elderly or children. You could be sitting in a room and listening to the staff talking about patients and what they do or do not like. The entire waiting room was filled with patients talking about the lack of customer care and interaction between this physicians staff and patients. I would not recommend anyone to visit this office. I needed labwork and the woman that works the labs stated that it was time for her to go home, and that she was not drawing any labs. She emptied trash out of containers and when the doctor told her he needed the labs, she did not wash her hands but instead put on a pair of gloves to draw my blood. They did a pap in the room across from me, when the woman left they tore the paper off the table, sprayed into the room with disinfectant and cut the light off. Now would you want to go in to a room that had not been sanitized after a pap? Today an elderly woman was coughing up blood, she had been there since 10 am they did not call her back until nearly 1pm. They are heartless and are not really concerned about the health of their patients. Please choose a doctor where the office is customer service oriented as this office is not. Make sure that the doctor is listening to your needs and clearly understands that although you need your medication it is not acceptable to sit and wait 4 hours to get it!!!
