I found out about Joshua's through living social and learned that the $39 price for three areas is good from now on. Can't beat that! The two men who cleaned my carpet were polite, arrived on time, answered all my questions and took pride in their work. I will hire them again. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the cleaners to wear booties and smell less like cigarette smoke. If that changes then I'd give them a 5!
The 2 gentlemen were polite & early; however smelled of stale cigarette smoke in my non-smoking home. He explained the process & after paying $39 for vent cleaning he explained a REAL cleaning costs $189 & Cold air returns costs an additional $40. I've experienced this process before & this cleaning is nothing like what I've experienced in the past. There was no real suction like my past experiences. In the past I could feel the suction throughout the house & The cleaning took much more time than the few minutes spent here. They nearly forgot the dryer vent cleaning & had to be reminded to complete that task. The air has a strong odor of dust & the stale cigarette smoke set off my allergies & breathing problems. I'm not impressed with this company. They offered carpet cleaning for 3 areas at a reasonable fee, I just couldn't deal with the stale cigarette odors on the workers & I was afraid it would be done as poorly as the vent cleaning.

Sufficient. Honest. Affordable. Vents cleaned and sanitized, then my furnace cleaned and sanitized, after they took me step by step through my system and I seen all the filth for myself. We could actually feel the difference in the air quality. I just learned of all the cleaning they do and just scheduled my carpet and area rug cleaning. Great deals for 5 stars! Hopefully they have yearly memberships or something of that sort! Can't wait to talk to them again when they come for my flooring.
What a wonderful deal! I have a very tight schedule and have to make appointments very quickly. I bought the groupon, called the company and they were able to make it out the same day. The two cleaners that came out were very polite. I had them clean our basement carpet, it is the room my teenage son and all his friends hang out in so the carpet was very stained. They removed even the toughest stains. They did an awesome job. I would definately recommend them.
They are prompt, clean, quick and friendly. They do great work. We are having them back.
I had called the Joshua's Cleaning Service initially for a voucher i purchased to clean my carpets. With a big dog, a 3 year old, and 5 year and white carpets, they were a mess! The owner, and one of his associate showed up to my home on time and looked professional. The did an exceptional job on my carpets and they looked brand new again! As i was speaking with the owner when they were finished i wanted to know a little more about the company you know how long he had been in business, what all they do. Come to find out they did duct cleaning as well. So i figured while they were there i would have them take care of that as well. My son has breathing issues, and the last time we were in the hospital, they informed me of what a difference it would make to have all of this done. Since he has cleaned everything my son hasnt needed a breathing treatment. Joshuas Cleaning Service provided me with friendly, professional, and outstanding services, that I would recommend to anyone!
Classic bait and switch-- bought a coupon on AAA. The guys came, who BTW were really nice, and informed me that they could not do our whole system with the coupon as advertised. Ended up costing about $170 more that it should have. I should have just told them no- thanks and sent them on their way. They forgot to do one section and have not returned calls to come finish the job. I'm not sure who is writing all the positive reviews.
Love that this is a family owned business because they take ownership in their work. Did a great job, very professional and did not try and push other services down your throat. Gave me an estimate for further work but feel no pressure so will schedule them for the additional work at a future date.
Joshua's Cleaning Service is one of the few companies that actually care about the customer by setting priorities for doing business. Contact and communication between Joshua and the client the first priority. A phone call before they arrive, confirming the time and a phone call to let the client know they are on the way. The list of priorities would also include; friendly, courteous, extremely helpful, and they do excellent work.
This is a real personal company and it is one that you should look into for all your cleaning needs; air ducts, carpet, auto and more.
My wife and I had them completely clean a rental house we own and then they came and did our house.
Give them a chance to do you a good service
Very professional guys, called before they came and was quick and efficient. I got my deal off of Living Social and was very pleased that I could get a Saturday appointment. Even got done right before OSU kickoff. I would highly highly recommend them.
I was going to purchase the Living Social deal. Even though we are just within the 25 mile radius from 270 that the deal indicated, I thankfully called to verify. The response I got in a voicemail was, "It was kinda a typo. I missed it."
What a great experience! Joshua and his crew arrived on time, were courteous, informative and did a fantastic job on our air ducts. He informed us of further services but was not pushy in any way. We plan to do some of the extra services in the future. We highly recommend his business. Love finding a "small town" great service business in the large town of Columbus!
Joshua's Cleaning Service did a wonderful job. They were very timely in arriving at the scheduled time. Rick was my service person and did a FABULOUS job of explaining everything that was involved and what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Everything was taken care of very efficiently and Rick was extremely POLITE!!!!
The vents were really disgusting and I can't wait to have to turn the air conditioner on and notice all the new clean air pouring out.
I would highly recommend this cleaning service to everyone that I know!!!
Joshua's Cleaning Service did a fantastic job on my carpets. Joshua is so friendly and nice to deal with. I purchased my cleaning package on Eversave, but his prices are still great without the discount. This is the first time I've had our carpets cleaned after moving in 4 years ago with 4 kids and a couple dogs...they were in need! The carpets look great now and I definitely won't wait as long to have them cleaned again. I'll be calling Joshua again next time. I highly recommend him!
Joshua's Cleaning Service did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. Joshua and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and did the job right. My carpets smelled terrible before and now they look and smell fantastic. Don't waste your time using other companies, as Joshua's Cleaning Service is excellent and very affordable....even on a college student's budget!!
Great Service! Joshua and his crew came to clean my carpets and they look fabulous. He was very courteous and respectful. When I had a question, he stopped what he was doing to look me in the eye and answer my question. He demonstrated distinct knowledge of the product lines and I found that refreshing. I plan to have them back in the future to clean the carpets upstairs as well and perhaps get these air ducts cleaned! This company does appear to be a start-up and I believe they're doing everything right to be a great success. Their prices are very fair and I'm thoroughly satisfied. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
