I went to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot which is listed in Autotrader for ~$16,900. Before even looking at the car, the sales person started talking about the pricing, how their dealership is fair and honest. After checking out the car, the sales person tells me the price is what is listed on the car's window which was $17,900 and he cannot go down on the price. I told him about the autotrade price, which they posted, and after seeing that value he says that's his price then and he cannot go down with a snobby attitude. He explained the market is very good. They are already breaking records as of March 2012. There is no room for negotiation. He didn't want to even talk further about the price. This was the similar experiece when I first visited them 7/8 years ago. So I will let you decide if this is the type of experience you want to have as a buyer. I didn't like it. This is not how a trained professional sales organization work. They can say they are the "Germains" but that doesn't mean a thing for the customers.
Have been dealing with this dealership for several years and have had a great experience each and every time. I am on my second Lexus from Germain and couldn't be happier. Beautiful show room, freindly and professional personel and they get the job done. Keep up the good work!

OUT of town buyer that bought a Lexus from this dealership. FIrst impression seemed nice, however, BE AWARE of this place. First, car was missing shifter piece and was promised to be overnighted the next day. After probably 5 calls, it arrived almost a month later. Then, after taking car through a car wash, i found out the LEXUS WAS PAINTED AND UNDISCLOSED! Paint tape was found on the underbody. Lastly, after 4 months of use, i had brake noise and took to my local Lexus dealership who said whomever installed the brake pads last, put on incorrectly..guess who put these on prior to me buying? GERMAIN LEXUS. \r \r Even after all of these issues, I'm reasonable enough to get over it if CUSTOMER service would have been pleasant and responsible for ANY issue. Dodging phone calls and passing blame is all you get with these guys. Don't be fooled by nice showroom, this place is BAD.
I found Richard to be very helpful and caring in trying to find the right vehicle for me. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and I was very satisfied when I left with my new car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.
