I might have thought the other reviewer was wrong or full of it or something, but after seeing the business' response blaming and being condescending to the customer, I'd have to agree that it seems they don't have very good service. Well, i called on the phone to see if a part was in stock. It was and i told the person on the phone id be there in 15 minutes. He said that would be fine and i was on my way. 15 minutes later i was there, the store was closed, all the lights off. Not very good customer service if you ask me! and they were supposed to be open until six, its 5:36 right now and i was there 45 minutes ago.
