        Overall

        I love that this location is within walking distance of my home and office (even though they will come pick me up). I have always been treated very professionally there and the cars are always top notch.

        I had a horrible experience at this location! I booked a rental car online the night before I was suppose to leave. The bottom line: I did what was asked of me with the information provided to me when I called to acquire the details so that I may rent a car. I spent over four hours of my life that I will never have back trying to rent a car from this location. The manager of the location (Kat?) made no effort to resolve the issue; she only made matters worse, resulting in lost bank card fees, gas, and leaving me unable to make my scheduled trip. The only attempt at an apology on her part was an "I'm sorry you feel you had poor service"...Really?

        My rental was mostly fine. The only issue was with one tire with a slow leak. In the week that I had the vehicle, I had to add air twice. Thankfully this vehicle had an electronic notification for the low air. It leaked to 20psi twice according to that. I noted that only one tire had a cap on the stem so I moved that cap to the leaking tire. I did let the rep know when I dropped off my car and she seemed bothered. I just hope they addressed the situation before someone else had to deal with it!

        Although the representative at the site was friendly, they gave me a Tahoe that had three inches of ice on the step up and I had to take the vehicle to have it clean. Was not very happy with that, very unprofessional.
