Encore Dermatology

I would like to respond to this review, bc my experience at Encore was completely different. She actually found a highly atypical mole on my skin and was very detailed in her exam. She answered all of my questions and wasn't in a rush. I had to come back for surgery to ensure that my mole was completely removed, and she did a wonderful job. Now, I come in every 6 months for a skin check. The office staff is very friendly. Yeah, Dr. Londeree can run behind, but what doctor is ever really on time. I believe she is worth the wait and will continue to come to Encore. I have recommended her practice to family and friends. Don't be discouraged over this angry person's review.

After reading the positive reviews and even receiving a recommendation from a friend I finally scheduled an appointment. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time and showed up a few minutes early for my 6:40pm appointment to make sure everything was in order. I took a seat at 6:37pm and proceeded to sit there for another 45 minutes (well after my appointment time). I finally asked the reception staff how much longer only to receive blank stares before one of them offered to go and check. After 50 minutes in the waiting room (someone before me actually had to leave prior to her appointment because she had been waiting 30 minutes) I was called back. I then proceeded to wait in the exam room for 10 additional minutes before Dr. Londeree saw me. I have now been here an hour past my appointment time. The Dr. entered and seemed unconcerned with my wait or that I was having a bad experience. She did introduce herself but failed to even acknowledge the nurse that came in with her so I'm about to be examed with a complete stranger in the room. She was not thorough with her exam at all. She did a quick scan and when I identified my areas of concern she simply said "you are married so we can tell your husband what to look for..." SERIOUSLY?!? She then said "OK" and walked out of the room. At this point I stood baffled in hospital gown deciding if she was done. I dressed and left. WORST experience ever. Long wait, hurried exam, unfriendly staff. They all seemed concerned that they close at 7:30pm and it was already 7:50pm. I will not be going back. I will be returning to Buckeye Dermatology from now on.

The entire Dr.'s office is fantastic! Dr. Denise Close helped me clear up some facial blemishes and scars and was always willing to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Jackie, the cosmetologist specialist was also a great help and now I only use Glo-Minerals make-up! I have referred many people to this office!

My wife and I were recomended by our Dr. to use this dermitologist's office for our skin check ups. We went together and althought the wait to be seen was long we didn't mind because she was reffered to us and we figured a busy office is a good office. However when leaving the office we over heard Dr. Londeree make a comment to one of her white employees "how she just didn't understand interacial relationship's and it made her sick seeing me a white man with an african american woman." When I commented how inappropriate her comments where, she stated that she was amazed how white my wife acted. I was so angry I wanted to punch her in the mouth, it took all I had not to hit her. I would NEVER in my life recommend this office please make sure you tell others about this racist big mouthed doctor.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Landeree at 10 am but she was so behind that I was put in the room and left there so long that a girl who showed me to the room told me to go take lunch and come back at 1:30. When I did come back Dr. Landeree had seen patients that were scheduled after me and while in the room made some very rude comments. Her bedside manner is terrible and management of the office is even worse. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Londeree saved my husband's life. She spotted an early-stage melanoma that my husband had had for years but his other doctors overlooked. He saw Dr. Londeree just in time to be saved from a lot of suffering and possibly an early death.
