Their service department has some serious problems. \r \r They charge you more than they verbally quote you and add in extra shop supply fees and extra diagnostics and inspections that they don't mention until you are at the cashier. \r \r I reminded them numerous times that I had a warranty but they still tried to charge me for items that should have been covered. I don't even want to give them 1 star for the horrible service they provided, but yahoo made me choose at least 1. I purchased a used car and was lied to multiple times about the services they were supposed to have done to the car. All in all I have spent at least 8 hours in their establishment waiting (on 4 separate occasions) and at least 2 hours on the phone trying to get an answer from the someone. Customer service and communication is always our first priority. Vehicles are mechanical, and they do break. We strive hard to fix it right the first time, every time. Unfortunately with older aged vehicles, it seems to be one problem after another. And sometimes to a custoemr, it seems like the same problem and it's our fault that it broke again. With thousands of parts under the hood of a car, unless we replace everything...there is no way to be perfect. We will continue to strive to be perfect in everyway. We will continue to train and educate ourselves with the latest equipment and technology available. We are 100% committed to our cusotmers and the service they receive.
