Their service department has some serious problems.
They charge you more than they verbally quote you and add in extra shop supply fees and extra diagnostics and inspections that they don't mention until you are at the cashier.
I reminded them numerous times that I had a warranty but they still tried to charge me for items that should have been covered. I had to wait a long time while they removed items that I shouldn't have been charged for.
From the time I was dropped off to get my car after it was ""ready"" until I left, I spent an hour and a half waiting.
